I am the first Filipina to have been granted with a full certification on the SUCCESS PRINCIPLES © last August of 2015. The said certification was granted to me by no other than Jack Canfield, the author of Chicken Soup for the Soul and the Success Principles, among other books. As a Certified Trainer in the Canfield Methodology, I have been conducting the Strategies of Success workshop, which is patterned after the Success Principles. In addition, I also champion Vision Board workshops with different organizations such as IT-BPM companies. Trained by Benchmark Consulting, I am also a professional coach and a proud member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF) Global and ICF Philippine Chapter. Currently, I’m an external collaborator of the International Labour Organization on Women in STEM project and soft skills training for women in the IT & Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry. With more than 30 years of work experience, I dedicated my career in Human Resource Management for 20 years and I focused on the academe for 10 years. As the former Executive Director for Talent Development of the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), I managed all human capital-related initiatives for IBPAP’s Roadmap 2022. I have a proven track record in the IT-BPM industry. In 2003, I was the first employee of Convergys Philippines, the largest contact center in the country. In two years, I was able to grow the company to 8,000 employees. I’m also the former Regional HR Director for Asia Pacific of GenPact (formerly Headstrong Philippines) for 2 years. I’m the author of the book Career Shift, Follow Your Passion.
