Unlike other platforms, in-House never collects personal metadata and does not require any sign up or login. Instead, users create knowledge-based security questions that only insiders know in order to access their company’s page where they can post feedback and rate their employers across a variety of industry-specific categories. This ensures each voice comes from verified company employees who remain totally anonymous, leading to the most accurate, and honest, feedback and ratings.
