MicroCannaBiz, LLC launched in October 2014 the National Directory of Cannabis Products and Services (www.mcb2bdirectory.com), the only national business-to-business directory of all cannabis and cannabis-related companies with either direct or indirect business activities or participation in the marijuana industry. At the time of launch, there were approximately 4,500 companies listed in the Directory and this number will surpass 5,000 companies during March, 2015. This Directory has the distinct advantage of a uniquely-designed information platform and portal that provides solutions to the needs of all types of companies in the marijuana industry by offering the only single source, online national publication that provides for detailed directory listing information, interchangeable, weekly featured advertising banner programs as well as specialized database marketing programs and opportunities. The Company intends to adapt this information platform and portal to a number of specialized industries, in addition to the marijuana industry, as it expands its investor webcast services business. In addition, this subsidiary is in the planning and development stage for two additional national directories, a National Directory of Consumer and Patient Cannabis Products and Services, a consumer-to-business directory with a tentative launch date of September, 2015 and a National Directory of Conferences, Conventions, Seminars and Trade Shows, which will be a chronological listing of all marijuana events conducted on a nationwide basis broken down into four categories: medical, business, political and cultivation/grow with a tentative launch date of June, 2015.
