Our train-the-trainer leadership programming and resources are designed to prepare generations of leadership trainers to more effectively facilitate the leadership development of others. Our programming and resources intentionally infuse the triad of leadership theory, leadership practices, and facilitation skills into immersive, hands-on, train-the-trainer curricula. Our flagship experience,the Leadership Trainer Certification Program is a one-of-a-kind, engaging, hands-on, train-the-trainer experience that will provide you with (a) an intentional leadership development experience that will prepare (and certify) you to effectively train others in leadership while (b) enhancing your own leadership skills and capacities. Program Philosophy: Upon becoming a certified leadership trainer, participants will be able to: If we intend to partner with students on their leadership learning journey, it is essential that we have the knowledge and skills to (1) effectively meet them where they are and (2) guide them towards enhanced leadership practices. Most of us are not prepared to serve in this capacity. Our formal leadership training is limited. The Leadership Trainer Certification Program will prepare you to serve as the leadership-learning partner and educator that our students crave. The Leadership Trainer Certification Program is intentionally designed as an immersion into the triad of leadership theory, leadership practices, and facilitation skills. Our robust, comprehensive, and engaging 60-hour "train-the-trainer" curriculum will prepare you to serve as an effective leadership educator. Upon earning Leadership Trainer Certification, you will become a savvy leadership trainer who can dynamically facilitate leadership development and education in multiple contexts: one-to-one and small group engagements; retreats and conference presentations; and workshops and seminars.
