Drawing on nearly 20 years of national news reporting, mainly at the BBC, we set up Composure Media to help others communicate with confidence and composure. We run corporate media training days and coach people in person or remotely on effective communication including presentation skills, elevator pitches and speech writing/content organisation. We also facilitate corporate events, from conferences to award ceremonies.
