Established in 1982, Family Outreach Community United Services (FOCUS) is the place where homelessness ends. FOCUS serves the Toledo community by promoting Hope and Dignity to Those in Need by Providing Steps to Economic and Social Stability. FOCUS is a community based not-for-profit agency that provides housing options for homeless families and individuals and home based case management services to ensure these households never become homeless again.
