Pros & Pros is a Fashion Retail Consultancy based in Pune, India. We offer our services in two core areas: Fashion Design - mainly for exporters, manufacturers, big & small brands, etc., and Retail Consulting - for new as well as established fashion retail brands. DESIGN: Our forte is Women’s wear - Western, Indian, Indo-western. The scope of work we undertake could range from anything between designing for an entire season, an express collection, a few designs to showcase the product capability of our clients or something which caters to their individual buyers. If a client already has a team which does this, we could simply help them. With each design we provide: - Mood Boards - CAD sketches - Print/ Embroidery Artworks - Pantone Numbers - Tech packs with sample measurements We charge only for the selected designs, not the rejected ones. All selected designs are exclusive copyrights of the client, not shared with or even shown to any other client. If required by the client, we support them by supervising the sampling and the entire range development on their behalf. This, of course, comes at a nominal charge. We provide a host of other value added services on behalf of our clients - like making mood-boards, free colour-ways, fabric selection, forecast analysis, or attend buyer meetings to help clients get orders. RETAIL CONSULTANCY: We help our clients create a Brand of your own or establish a local retail business. We advise on inventory management, managing product sell-through & margins. We help our clients manage cash-flows, annual budgets and profitability in retail. EMPLOYEE TRAINING: This is a subset of the Retail offering; we dabble mainly in the functional training space for various departments - frontline as well as back-end - such as Retail Buying, Planning, Design, VM, etc. Of course there's a lot more we do in design & retail.
