ForInteX is a French startup developing digital solutions for human resources (internal and/or Freelancers) skills mapping with infrastructure’s project requirements. First solution to be launched on the 15th of June this year is a platform named FIX. Freelancers working on Energy/Environmental/Infrastructure/Building projects will upload, for free, a “métier” profile with their experiences/skills/expertises/geographies and a dedicated algorithm will match it with missions posted by companies (whether engineering, construction, developer, fund, etc.) from owner engineer down to O&M.
