We grew to 29 FTE in under 2 years and will continue to sustainably grow to 85 FTE before the end of 2023. The core to this success is the focus, clear vision, and an internal approach to systemizing culture. We don’t have many, but the ones that we do have are led by intentional leaders with a clear vision.
