We aim for social and financial returns, whereby one cannot do without the other. We aim to achieve growth: a greater reach, more impact and more financial results. We vitalize and connect in order to strengthen the local community. Social real estate is operated for the benefit of the residents. We support operators in keeping these local accommodations accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender, origin and/or any handicaps.
