Stephen initially started Swanstaff from home whilst working as a full time firefighter in London; he saw how other agencies operated and knew he could provide a better service to customers and candidates. Since then, Swanstaff has continued to grow and now recruit for a variety of industries including Healthcare, Driving, Engineering, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Veterinary and Commercial. The Swan Family division of Swanstaff run seven family contact centres on behalf of local authorities, facilitating contact between Children and Families.
