Orawa is a cultural leadership programme: bringing confidence, teamwork, compassion and humility through self improvement and leadership. Our aim is to graduate tauira (participants) with the following skills: - confidence (mana motuhake) - understanding of team work (mahi tahi, manaakitanga) - consistent attendance (mana o te rōpū, aroha ki te tangata) - compassion and humility (pono me te tika)
