QuantumPlace was born from a combination of desire and necessity. Motivated through his desire to add to the fabric of Canadian Cities, Chris Ollenberger founded QuantumPlace in 2012 and invited partners Phil Wareham and Jessica Karpat to join him with the intention of developing places for people to spend their leisure time, work and live.
