At the Puerto Rico Builders Association (PRBA) we strive to serve developers, investors, and builders in the changing social, economic, and environmental ecosystem of our island. Since its inception in 1951, we have constantly adapted and shifted, according to the needs of the real estate development industries in Puerto Rico. Being recognized as a relevant force in the construction and real estate sectors of our economy, by government and private sector decision-making leaders, the PRBA provides the platform for connecting with all players of the real estate industry. Also, the PRBA is a strong and relevant lobbying group pursuing adequate planning, regulation, and processes for real estate development in Puerto Rico. The Association and our members have delivered world-class products in different real estate segments, such as Residential (Ownership & Rental), Tourism (Hotels, Resorts, Facilities), Commercial (Retail & Office Space), and Industrial (Energy, Infrastructure & Manufacture). Furthermore, our members have been able to increase their services and production of goods, with a strong export activity to the United States, Latin America, and other countries. Many of them benefit from Act 20 and smart business planning.
