Founded by Sandra Pinnington, The WLA is focused on the development of female leaders to be the best they can be. We strive to give women the confidence, courage and opportunity to thrive in the corporate environment and create change where it is needed. We adhere to three clear intentions, 1. Provide practical and inspiring content to help women leaders break their inner and outer glass ceilings. 2. Offer up a network platform for women in corporate to connect with others. 3. Provide opportunities for mentoring, speaking and getting involved in charity initiatives. Underpinned by a set of guiding principles, TO MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN: we work with women who want to create an inclusive world.
