I've studied the habits of that group and created a program to mirror those results (with some improvements to boot!) RBLD Fitness Coaching is a carefully designed program with one thing in mind - SUSTAINABLE PROGRESS. This is the antidote to boot camps, crash diets, and short attention spans. This is a place where the fundamentals of physiology, psychology, and habit science come together for the purpose of changing lives forever. I provide a balanced approach of flexible dieting with an emphasis on strength training and cardio to promote long-term fat loss, strength, and mobility...not to mention metabolic health. My average client loses 1-2 pounds of fat and gains about 0.2-0.5 pounds of muscle per week. They are leaner, stronger, and more educated on how to continue this lifestyle forever.
