Work Experience : •Operate West Coast Showroom. •Work with clients on the selection of luxury Italian furniture. •Assist Interior Designers on high end residential projects. •Submit orders for production and confirm all purchases. •Provide customers with order status information, set up delivery of merchandise and solve all customer service issues. •In charge of marketing and events for Los Angeles location. •Assist with visual merchandising •Monitor press department and work with celebrity stylists on loans for magazine photo shoots, TV shows, appearances and red carpet events. •Enter all garment loans into showroom database and follow up with the return of merchandise. •Support the Director of Public Relations, Showroom Manager, and Sales Representatives in all areas of office administration and visual merchandising. •Train new interns on showroom procedures •Sketch up - 3D design to show and explain to clients projects and lay-outs •Help customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested manner •Suggest additional items based on assessing customer needs Email: [email protected]
