I specialized in server and desktop virtualization for the last 8 years. My IT career started 19 years ago where I started to work as a consultant in Microsoft Server environments, I got my first MCSE in 1999. I have been working at customers who needed extra help or knowledge with assignments very diverse from daily administrating to implementations and migrations in both small and large enterprises. Sometimes as the only IT-employee, other times as a team member or team leader. I am a senior level professional who gained experience with many products and technologies in different environments. I am not afraid to take initiative and adaptable to challenging situations. I am a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and have a creative approach to problem solving.
