Our mission at MARCo Health Inc. is to provide a therapeutic and cost-effective robotic companion to assist in the treatment of mental health. MARCo, our initial prototype, was created due to the large imbalance between licensed psychologists and those seeking mental health treatment. To accomplish this treatment, MARCo offers its Five Objectives of Care, which are: 1) Engage in meaningful and social interaction 2) Provide guided meditation routines 3) Offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) treatment 4) Measure and record Bio-feedback 5) Reach out to emergency services and contacts in situations of suicide and self-harm. Our company is looking to improve our current MARCo prototype, attend mental health and robotics tradeshow and exhibitions, create more MARCo units, and to network with professionals to guarantee that in the future, MARCo will provide optimal care to all who may need it.
