Cloud Seeders deeply engages women who are curious and new to cloud technology by focusing on three priorities and innovating on the concept of community. Three priorities define how the Cloud Seeders community delivers value to our members: (1) Create Interest, encouraging more interest on digital and cloud topics and careers amongst members; (2) Develop Capabilities, enabling members to develop capabilities by learning essential skills across technical and non-technical domains to become a well-rounded cloud talent; (3) Foster a Support System, providing members with practical tools and a support system when navigating complex situations on their career journey in cloud.
