We are brand neutral and our team is conversant with products from all leading building automation product manufacturers. Semsys also develops customized software solutions on the Niagara platform. Our primary software offering is a tenant billing application. We have also developed software for building performance analytics, charting and dashboards, reporting for pharma industry regulatory compliance and ticket management.
