Since 2005, BioDiversa Colombia Foundation has been working in research and development in conservation and productive and educational projects, initially focused on local communities. The projects developed in the Foundation are meant to achieve the sustainable use of natural resources, looking to ensure the conservation of the natural heritage and improvement of life quality standards of the local communities, starting in Colombia. Mission Our mission is the conservation of the the Natural Heritage through scientific research and sustainable productive projects with social involvement, that contribute to the conservation, the social development and the self sustainability of local communities, initially in Colombia. Vision Our vision is to grow as a self-sustainable organization that develops projects and research in multiple disciplines and geographic areas, generating a positive development and a long-lasting social and environmental impact. Our initial focus is Colombia, as a country with multiple needs, always looking to expand our scientific mission.
