Ad-Hoc - Business Advice and Development Work carried out on an ‘as and when needed’ basis to meet the needs of the client. Review, research, planning and a wide variety of project work can be undertaken. Learning - Enhance Knowledge Through Workshops and Training A range of opportunities available to enhance knowledge and understanding with general business concepts, processes and activities e.g. raising the profile of your business. Learning can be undertaken on a 1-1 or group basis. Karen Heap has more than 10 years experience within the business support arena and, having worked for the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce for 5 years, is a fully qualified business adviser. In addition to this she has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the retail industry having worked throughout the Midlands for Stylo Barratt PLC and Boots the Chemist. Karen has also run her own retail shop, online website store and organised and managed regular retail sales events.
