EFFE was created in 2012 to promote and defend the Home employment model to the European institutions. It's objective is to bring a model of social innovation to the service of European citizens through family jobs, acting as a way to implement the European Pilar of Social Rights. Social and e-inclusion is at the heart of the Family Employement sector as a source of economic growth through the creation of qualified, non relocatable and declared jobs.
