The Bridge Venture
www.thebridgeventure.comOur biggest struggle in business was understanding why our communication to others internally and externally was not effective. We were passed up on promotions and project opportunities over and over again. Our revenue results are lacking, and productivity is slipping in supply chain, operations, and other departments. It was only until we started diving into how our tasks affected other departments and employees and vice versa, did we understand how to be successful in delivery. From there, we were promoted all the way to upper management, and trusted to teach other management and employees on a new "culture" of this understanding. Culture development became a top priority within the organization to survive the economic downturns and employee turnover possibility. Along with that, the importance of problem-solving at a different level and the why behind it became a priority. Not focusing on the past, but concentrating on the future became apparent as a need. Creating and showing the vision to the team, having an amazing culture, consistent proper problem-solving, leadership training beyond any other you have seen, and value creation and delivery became our goal and mission. Understanding that culture affects productivity, performance and employee retention is key for any organization. It is now our mission to teach individual employees, management, and companies how to take this strategy, implement it and turn their business around. This is our passion. Make it your too!
