In 2000, He founded Chilmark Consulting Group, a national executive search firm dedicated to the insurance industry. In 2009 Rick expanded his recruiting scope to include Healthcare IT, and Property & Casualty insurers, brokers and consultants. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Community and Public Service from the University of Massachusetts.
