Jasberry is a social enterprise that aims to solve the problem of farmer poverty through innovative organic products with global appeal. Employing an inclusive business model, we partner with over 1,800 small-scale farmers in rural Thailand to grow Jasberry rice, a new variety of non-GMO wholegrain rice that is purple in color and extremely high in antioxidants. Jasberry markets Jasberry rice and Jasberry rice products as superfoods internationally. As a social business, Jasberry generated over US $1.8M in additional income and benefits for our farmers last year.
