Company Overview D.T.L. Transportation, LLC (“DTL” or the “Company”), headquartered out of Sanford, Florida, is a transportation company specializing in truckload and less-than-truckload (“LTL”) shipments of time and temperature sensitive cargo originating from or received via air or sea in Florida and shipped to the Eastern, Midwest, and Southwest United States. The Company has four main operating divisions representing the primary goods it transports cut flowers, fresh seafood, juice, and foliage. The Company also backhaul's goods, primarily dry freight and general commodities, into Florida. Over the past 40 years, the Company has developed strong customer relationships and recognition associated with the highest levels of on-time delivery and professional service. Given the perishable nature of the cargo shipped, customers are very loyal due to the DTL ability to ensure deliveries are on-time and maintained at the appropriate temperature. The Company maintains late model equipment, replacing its trucks after 500,000 miles of use (approximately 36 months) and its trailers after 48 months to minimize breakdowns, which could potentially jeopardize the time and temperature sensitive cargo. DTL has operating locations in Sanford, FL, Miami, FL, Selmer, TN and Bradenton, FL The Sanford location is the company’s headquarters and has administrative offices, a maintenance shop, and 6 acres of land. Miami has a refrigerated warehouse used to cross dock imported seafood. Bradenton we do not have a facility but haul Juice from there. Selmer, TN is a fleet centers.
