Semper Fi Staffing Solutions LLC (SFSS) was founded in 2010 in response to the immediate demand for dedicated workers to combat the Gulf Oil Spill. The founders realized the value veterans would bring to companies who were struggling to find employees to work the long hours that were needed to clean the Gulf beaches and prevent further environmental damage. Since that time, SFSS has worked to generate further awareness of the value a veteran can bring to a company in any industry. SFSS chose to follow the proven model of a staffing and placement company and began marketing the benefits of employing veterans. As the business grew, SFSS branched out into a broad spectrum of industries while continuing to give veteran preference. Today, SFSS can provide personnel of all backgrounds to virtually any industry yet maintains our founding principle to put veterans first whenever possible.
