At Psixty we limit the number of clients a consultant works with at any point this gives us time to get to know our clients, where their business is headed and exactly what they need. Then we implement our unique nine-step process to find the perfect individual. We don't stop there. Like you, we believe we haven't done our job properly until the candidate has successfully passed their probation period. That's why we continue to show a keen interest and we can even look after on-boarding and sales training. Our personal approach doesn't just make life more enjoyable, it also brings results.
