Grupo Santa Cruz, composed of students from the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC), is a developer of academic projects related to engineering, from planning to execution, tests, adjustments and improvement. The central objective of the group is to complement the training of students by improving critical thinking, entrepreneurship, personal relationships, leadership and creativity, and consequently promoting the excellence of projects, contributing not only to the academic environment but also to society in general. The group is currently working on the Eco Car UESC project developing a vehicle for energy efficiency competitions while preparing for an expansion and launch of new projects.
