It's the only place where you can still shop from person to person and find out exactly where your goods come from. At the same time, you do something good for the environment and the region. Many years ago, the Deutsche Marktgilde (German Market Guild) set itself the task of organizing weekly markets professionally and thus bringing producers, market suppliers and consumers together. The goal: to establish and promote the "weekly market" brand in the long term.
