Bilkent University Women in Computing (BilWiC) is a student community that was established in 2004 to support gender equality in computing by promoting activites designed to help mentor and provide role models for them. Club activities include seminers, workshops and also social activities. BilWiC is the first ACM-W Student Chapter in Turkey. There are 183 active ACM-W Student Chapters all around the world.
