Founded in 2013 by social entrepreneur and philanthropist Mindy Freedman, SAM is a group of individuals who use collaborative giving to promote social change and support organizations that are improving the lives of women, children and families in Los Angeles. SAM members share the passion to learn about needs in the community, vet different organizations, and choose how their funding can make the most meaningful difference.
