Partnering closely with our customers, we help find value in in the application of “power tools” from the disciplines of Operations Research and Data Science. Our work leverages customers’ big data systems. Our most intensive work has been with the CPG industries, addressing problems in manufacturing and supply chains, with objectives like resilience, productivity, resource/labor optimization, capacity, feasibility, contingency, reliability and end-to-end quality. Our bespoke solutions are built with the right kinds of intelligence that give our customers a competitive advantage. We help build intra-company Consumable Data Models (CDMs), and help to apply commercial applications. We also help to steward and maintain a wide range of models, modeling assets and applications for our customers.
