After selling, we then work with Marathon Management to manage the properties for maximum cash flow. While our focus is centered on the greater Memphis area, we are expanding beyond into other parts of the Mid-South. In previous years, we have begun buying and developing properties in Mississippi, Arkansas, and other parts of Tennessee.
