Xian Minotsu Trade Co., Ltd was founded in December 2011. Our origin is the non-ferrous metal International Trading Company. At the beginning of 2012, the international economic situation has become in the doldrums. Our company adjusted the business model, and tried to enter the domestic non-ferrous metal market. In February 2012, our company has acquired a Baoji titanium tube professional factory (private hold, founded in 2006). At the same time, Xian Minotsu Trade co., Ltd No.1 factory was founded. In order to make our products more competitive, in April 2012, our company started to invest in the equipment renewal, establish professional titanium tube factory with large area. It is Xian Minotsu Trade co., Ltd No.2 factory. The No.2 factory was officially completed in November of the same year and started trail production. In the February 2013, officially put into operation. Since then, Xian Minotsu Trade Co., Ltd officially transit to manufacture and trade enterprises. In order to make product diversified, our company invested to acquire 5% shares of Gold Star Titanium Industry in May 2012. In August, we acquired the shares successfully and became one of its shareholders.
