About the Host: Dandi Zhu is an Engagement Manager at McKinsey serving healthcare systems and pharma/biotech clients on digital innovation and strategy/operations initiatives. She was also an early PM at a Series A oncology clinical trial recruitment health tech company. Dandi launched this podcast while a student at Harvard Business School as a passion project, with the goal of inspiring the next generation of leaders to solve hard problems in healthcare through tech and innovation.
