Our business writing workshops present techniques to teach: • Clear and concise communications • Ways to gain and maintain the reader's interest • How to organize the message according to its purpose and audience • Ways to improve writing efficiency • How to write cohesive, concise, smooth flowing, messages • How to emphasize meaning through sentence structure and writing in the active tense • How to eliminate redundancies and inflated language These workshops may be conducted on your company’s premises, an off-sight location of your choosing, or at FAU and are taught by professional business instructors. The FAU CCEW business writing workshops are completely customizable and flexible. There are two phases: 1) A needs assessment review of written communications with accompanying interviews to determine what areas you want to improve and 2) We then develop customized workshops (content, hours, frequency) that meet your goals. The assessment can be separate or packaged with the workshops. Costs are based on assessment time and the length of workshops.
