Hennepin Home Health Care is privately owned and has been embodied into our community since 1974. It’s staff make up of amazing people that care about the work they provide helping people that are elderly, disabled; both physically and mentally. Services are typically paid for by: Medicare, Medicaid, Health Plans, Veterans Administration, County Waivers, Private Pay. Services consists of: Skilled Nursing, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Mental Health support (IHS/ILS & ARMHS, Counseling), Chemical Dependency: Peer Recovery, Paraprofessional services (homemaker, PCA, HHA).
