It was founded by Kingsley Ntim, who studied International Business & Financial management at University of applied science based in Amsterdam, and has various experiences in negotiating with athletes associations, players and coaches in Europe as well as North & South America. USM differential itself through highly competent individuals in the field of law, marketing, finance which in terms enable them to represent athletes within football market. Professional management in clubs is a phenomenon that is in constant growth.
