Realtex, Inc is a privately held San Francisco based real estate development firm with a focus on entitling and building mixed-use residential apartment buildings. Our current project portfolio is in various stages of entitlements, consists of 6 projects with 500+ buildable residential units, totaling over 550,000 GSF.
