We are TechLabs, a platform and tech community for young people of all backgrounds who want to acquire state-of-the-art tech skills in order to solve the problems of our time digitally as well as entrepreneurially. Each semester we recruit a new generation of participants and support them in gaining tech skills within the areas data science, artificial intelligence, web development, and user experience. TechLabs offers a unique learning experience free of charge for all participants based on modern e-learning tools and tailored learning paths for each participant, project work, as well as workshops on various tech-related topics. During their journey, our "techies" are supported by experienced mentors from the local tech scene. Our community is open to everyone - independent of background and prior knowledge. In fact, most of our new participants have no or just very limited coding experience. The world needs digital shapers more than ever before – so let's build them now!
