John-Guy Park, with 15 years of experience in large CAC 40 companies, decided to found Homadata. On this adventure he embarked a team of passionate people experienced in the latest technologies of Machine Learning and web development. Homadata and its data platform grew rapidly and met their market as soon as the beginning of 2016. The context of the digitalization of real estate and the evolution of increasingly digital practices and uses make the solutions developed by the start-up vital. Thanks to the solutions developed by Homadata, professionals and individuals can now rely on objective and complete information for their real estate decision-making. For 5 years now, we have been capitalizing on our unique geolocated data platform on the French market, a platform that is continuously being enhanced and updated in real time. Our main challenge is to innovate both in technology and in the use of real estate through the provision of our data, our algorithms, our modern UI and UX.
