InMedica is one of the largest private network of healthcare clinics in Lithuania. Currently it is connecting 22 primary health care centres (providing primary care services as well as secondary care), 3 specialised cardiology clinics, 2 walk-in clinics and dental technicians laboratory. All facilities are located in major cities of Lithuania. The company was established in 2004 and started its operations in 4 primary healthcare clinics. In 2012 Baltic investment fund Baltcap has invested into InMedica and it fostered the growth of the company through mergers and acquisitions. Since 2012 InMedica has successfully conducted 7 M&A projects with annual sales in excess of Eur 5 M. Employing more than 700 specialists InMedica can provide a vast range of medical services. The company offers consultations of general practitioners, pediatricians, gynaecologists, psychologists and psychiatrists, also all types of dental care including minor dental surgery. Secondary care services include endocrinology, gynecology, neurology, pulmonology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, genetics and many more. Additionally, InMedica group participates in the performance of pharmaceutical clinic trials. In 2014 the Company participated in more than 10 pharmaceutical clinical studies. InMedica have launched NIPT in Lithuania and has been active in the genetic testings so far. InMedica intends to carry on and expand this activity through network around the country.
