SCREEN GP IJC Ltd (GPIJC), based at the heart of inkjet in Cambridge UK, was established in 2015 from a joint development between BHS Corrugated Maschinen und Anlagenbau GmbH (BHS) and SCREEN Graphic Solutions Co., Ltd (SCREEN GA) to develop an inkjet solution for the corrugated packaging industry. GPIJC is located close to SCREEN GA’s subsidiary company Inca Digital Printers Ltd (Inca). BHS is the leading supplier of corrugators with 50% share of the global market. SCREEN GA has considerable experience in colour imaging and inkjet technology development, specifically for the Truepress Jet range of digital presses for transpromo, direct mail and label print production. Inca is a centre of excellence, well known as the pioneer of wide-format flatbed inkjet printing and manufacturer of the high-productivity Inca Onset UV printer. GPIJC integrates the core competencies and expertise of all three companies in inkjet, engineering, web transport and manufacturing to develop a new industrial inline Print Engine, which will be integrated into a BHS Corrugated Inline Digital Printing Solution.
