The mission of Total Performance is to help people of all ages and abilities recover from injuries, aches, and pain in order to improve their health, wellness, and physical function. Every session with Total Performance is 1 hour, 1 on 1, with no distractions or interruptions. This allows for truly personalized and patient-focused care throughout the rehab process. Brett incorporates his extensive background in strength and conditioning, sports performance training, and general fitness into his Physical Therapy practice. This allows Brett to guide his patients through all stages of the rehab continuum from initial rehab to high level performance.
