This can be used for emergency onsite support, regular computer upgrades and parts at no extra cost. Our money back service guarantee says that if a request is not resolved on time the affected computer is free for that month. The IT Health Monitor is loaded on all members computers. This enables us to maintain the health of their IT and perform permission based remote support. It also enables members to log support requests, chat online with us and access their IT Health Portal for reports. As our computer support services include server and network support and maintenance as well as data security and backup services we are able setup, maintain and manage all aspects of your IT. All support requests can be logged via telephone, e-mail, client portal or the health monitor. Requests are prioritised according to their severity and the impact they have on the client’s business. They are timed from the moment they are logged to ensure that we deliver on our service level guarantees. Most requests can be resolved via permission based remote support in conjunction with online chat or telephonic consultation. Health Plan members have unlimited access to these services. If onsite IT support or parts are required these can be paid for from the client’s IT Fund. Standard maintenance does not enable IT Health to access any confidential information
