Welcome ! I'm Jennifer Bicknell, Principal of Bicknell Law & Consulting. I’ve been a lawyer for over 25 years, and I love it. I specialise in workplace law and managing reputation risks, I was lucky enough to spend 15 years at Minter Ellison and 8 years as a partner at Kennedys, then founded my law firm and dispute prevention advisory business, Bicknell Law & Consulting, in 2015. Whilst I have a lot of experience in dispute resolution, my real passion is dispute prevention and helping managers prevent small workplace issues becoming big, hairy ones. How do I do this?
