Centro Property Group was established in 2005 and currently manages a number of commercial properties located throughout South Africa. We provide a comprehensive property management service, which includes, but not limited to, the management and control of income, expenses, arrears, vacancies, facilities management, soft service, property maintenance, and financial management. Supplementary services include broking (leasing and sales) and project management (new developments, redevelopments and refurbishments). We are big enough to do the job, but still small enough to care.
